You may get wearied and tired, but stay in the spiritual fight for your victory. You are not defeated until you quit.
Consider Psalm 139:14 (from the NIV),
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
God did not make junk, He made jewels. God created Diamonds in the Rough, and gave each one of us the power to decide if we are going to remain a rough-cut or will we allow His Holy Spirit and His Word transform us into Choice Jewels.
And if we fail to be transformed into His image, then we must not accept a state of spiritual defeat. The race is not given to the swift or to the strong, but to them that endure to the end. Your end-game is what counts the most.
Start your spiritual fight each day by:
- focusing on Jesus, by focusing on the Holy Spirit.
- Sit or lay or stand quiet before the Lord.
- Ask Him to show you the way to victory.
- Meditate on the Word of God, the Bible. Find a scriptural promise that relates to your area of weakness and read it, focus on it, memorize it think recite it.
This is the way to start and end each day and stay in the spiritual fight. A-men
